I’m an experienced, award-winning & award-nominated freelance factual television director / producer – based in London.


I’ve made many acclaimed, long-form films for BBC Television, Sky, RTE, the History Channel (USA) & PBS.


I specialize in: POPULAR CULTURE / SOCIAL HISTORY / MUSIC / POLITICS / 20TH CENTURY HISTORY.

A season of my films was shown to celebrate Nottingham University’s 2019 Black History Month.
I’ve lectured at American Studies departments, speaking to students about the Vietnam War.
I’ve given master classes about documentary film-making to Film & Media Studies undergraduates.

As a freelance print journalist, I’ve written numerous feature articles for all the British broadsheets as well as for high-profile magazines like: The Guardian Magazine, Mojo, The Observer Magazine.

I’ve produced & scripted radio one-off programmes & series for BBC Radio (BBC Radio 1, 2 & 4).
I’ve also been invited as a guest to speak on radio programmes.

I attended the University Of East Anglia (UEA), reading Art History & Film Studies.
